It turns out that every cloud really does has a silver lining. 🌟 😭
I truly thought the world had fallen in when I lost my job as a Property and Finance Advisor in late 2022 But....drum roll please... 🏫

After 6-months of dedicated self-learning 🏘 A property transaction or two of my own 🔎 A relentless industry search to identify Sydney’s best Agency to partner with... 😍

I found my soul partners at Associates and since joining 3 months ago, I now have my proud as punch moment where I can hand on heart say... I’ve tapped into a lifelong dream! ✨ 😙 It’s all thanks to the privilege of helping families secure a home. 🏡 👨‍👩‍👦

As of today, I’ve found 4 families their forever homes and purchased 4 homes totalling $15m. 💓

Getting to pow-wow with all kinds of property and finance professionals, inspecting all styles of homes daily and guiding home-buyers through each step of the transactional side of things, carrying out due diligence, completing the first page of the Contract of Sale and exchanging is hands down the most deeply satisfying and fulfilling professional experience I’ve ever had! ✊ Not to mention the most humbling. 😌 🤩

I’ve had lots of smiles, laughs, and hugs, met some incredible people and made some forever friends. 🤯

But, it’s not the easiest thing in the world to secure a home. When it comes to the finish line, it’s all about sheer determination, perseverance, and persistence. Having those characteristics in truckloads is what which wins each time.
