We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join our team on a full-time basis.
We offer a competitive salary package with flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work from home or in our office in Marrickville.

The role:
- Manage your own files from start to finish.
- Oversee predominantly residential transactions with a handful of off-the-plan transactions.

The requirements:
- Experience in managing your own files from start to finish.
- Proficiency in PEXA is essential, and experience with TriConvey (Smokeball) is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work and services.

Hi,
We are seeking to employ a conveyancing assistant to complement our small, modern firm in Marrickville.

The role includes:
- General post-exchange and pre-settlement work.
- Communication with clients, other conveyancers, solicitors, banks, brokers, agents, etc.
- General file management duties and administration.

You must have:
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
- An ability to use technology to maximize efficiency
familiarity with PEXA and TriConvey (Smokeball) is preferred.
- At least two years of experience with NSW conveyancing is preferred.
- The position is for 2-3 days per week. There is an opportunity to work from home if you are local, although you will have a permanent desk at our office.
