Throwback Thursday! Lessons from the Journey
Real estate has taught me a lot over the last 20 years. Some lessons come quickly. Others only reveal themselves with time.

Here are a few that have stayed with me:

No two property transactions are the same;
Every situation is different, and experience teaches you to adapt.

The market is constantly evolving;
What worked in one cycle won’t always work in the next.

Short-term needs must be balanced with long-term outcomes;
A property has to work today and still make sense years down the track.

Expect the unexpected;
Curveballs are part of the process. Calm decision-making matters most when plans change.

Real estate is a long game;
Knowledge, confidence, and success are built over time.

Look past the shiny objects;
Flash doesn’t always equal value. Strong fundamentals do.
