A day in the life of a conveyancer 🏡📄
No two days are ever the same and that’s exactly why I love conveyancing.
My day might start with reviewing contracts for first home buyers who are excited (and understandably nervous) followed by liaising with agents and brokers to keep a settlement on track.
There are phone calls to answer, emails to clarify and plenty of small details to manage because in conveyancing, it’s often the small things that make the biggest difference.
In between, I’m checking progress across multiple matters, sending updates through our client app (which clients love) and making sure everyone involved buyers, sellers, agents and brokers knows exactly where things are at.
Some days end with a smooth settlement and happy clients. Other days involve problem-solving and calming nerves. Either way, the goal is always the same: clear communication, careful attention to detail and a stress free outcome for my clients.
After 26 + years in the legal profession, I still genuinely enjoy what I do, helping people move forward with confidence in one of life’s biggest milestones.
If you’re buying or selling property in NSW and want clarity, transparency and experience on your side, I’m always happy to chat.
