Productive Regional Engagement in Central West NSW
On Thursday, 19th February, I had the pleasure of meeting at Orange, NSW with the RDA Central West leadership team and regional business leaders to discuss some of the most pressing and exciting priorities for regional NSW.
The conversation focused on:
✅Workforce solutions to address regional skills shortages
✅Housing investment opportunities to support sustainable population and workforce growth
✅Regional development priorities and practical, delivery‑focused projects across the Central West NSW.
At Dojo Legal Australia, we see first‑hand how workforce planning, migration pathways, housing availability, and regional investment must work together to unlock long‑term growth. It was encouraging to engage with RDA Central West and local businesses who are taking a collaborative, forward‑looking approach to these challenges.
Strong regions 🇦🇺 are built through partnerships, policy alignment, and ex*****on, and I look forward to continuing these discussions and contributing to solutions that support employers, communities, and regional economies across NSW.
Thank you to the RDA Central West & RDA ORANA team and regional stakeholders for the open and constructive dialogue.
