Hi All,

As noted in our recent posts, I am no longer taking on new work and I now have an official announcement - from 30th June 2026, AV Conveyancing will be closing.
 
I had planned to stay on until the end of the year but have now made the choice to close sooner. All our current clients have been notified, and they will be in great hands.

If you have a new matter and need the details of a Conveyancer or Solicitor, please reach out and I will happily provide you with details of those I recommend and trust.

WHY IS AVC CLOSING? I love what I do so much, but I am tired and I want to leave on a high. AVC has been far more successful than I imagined. It’s the right time to retire from running a business and reap the benefits.

Thank you all or your continued support. I never doubted myself or my abilities (she’s cocky), but to those that referred my services, shared and liked my posts – you fed the fire!

Thank you Linda, Joshua, and most importantly, my parents. If you think I am too determined, assertive and self-confident, blame those that raised me 😅

Who knows, AVC may reopen in a few years, or I may pop up part-time somewhere else, but for now, the countdown is on!

WE ARE STILL OPEN 👍

To expand on our recent post:

1. We will stop taking on NEW matters in May 2026. We have set a date - the last day we will accept new matters is 22nd May.

2. Our services will still be available for all current/existing matters after this date. We will finish up all sales and purchases that we have already taken on.

⚠️ The only thing changing is that we have a cut off date for new matters ⚠️

Another great review from our recent client! Thank you Monica 🥰

This matter was a little bit different - Monica owned the property with a second owner. The second owner transferred their 50% share to Monica, who now owns the property solely in her name.

Property transfers can occur due to the following: transferring shares to another person (whether they are on the current title or not OR whether they are family or not), death of an owner, breakdown of a relationship.

WE ARE 5!

Thank you to all our loyal clients, the colleagues and friends who have referred our services, those who like and share our posts. Most importantly, thank you to my family – especially Joshua and my sister, Linda (AVC’s Conveyancing Assistant).

It may come as a surprise to some, but from May 2026, we will not be taking on any new work. We are flooded with matters (what a problem to have!) and we need a chance to catch up. We are also taking this time as an opportunity to decide whether we continue as AV Conveyancing (we will provide a further update on this as soon as we have made our final decision).

The last 5 years have exceeded my expectations, and it was always my goal to reach our 5 year milestone and reassess. From our first day, it has always been up and up. We have hit all our goals and more!

We wanted to give all our supporters plenty of notice and if you do reach out to us after our May cut-off date, we will happily provide you with details of Conveyancers that we recommend and trust.

In the meantime, we will still be here full time until May 2026, and then part time while we finish the remaining matters we have before we make our call.
