🚨 NEW MANDATORY MINIMUMS FOR DRINK & DRUG DRIVING

As of 1 July 2026, significant changes to penalties for drink and drug driving offences have come into effect.

Depending on your BAC, you could now face:

⚖️ Licence disqualification
💰 Fines of up to $6,908
🚔 Imprisonment of up to 9 months

The higher your BAC, the more serious the consequences.
