Now that you have all met the wonderful team here at Bevan & Co Lawyers, it is only right that we give a shoutout to our wonderful suppliers and supporters.

With the implementation of all new soft phones, tech and internet upgrades, Zac has been there for us in every moment. Last but not least are the two women behind the scenes, our directors Rachel Bevan & Chloe Pagan ✨✨

Rachel was the first licensed conveyancer in Queanbeyan NSW who brings over 30 years’ experience in property law and conveyancing. She fearlessly assists countless clients in navigating the buying, selling, and transferring of property with ease, providing clear guidance and personalised support every step of the way. Rachel further specialises in rural transactions, leases, developments and buying and selling a business. She takes pride in fighting for her clients’ interests, ensuring every property transaction is handled with precision, care, and unwavering advocacy. Known for her attention to detail, charismatic and friendly approach, Rachel ensures every transaction is smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

On the weekends, you'll find Rachel out in the garden tending to her veggie patch 🌽🥕🥦 and spending time with her family, particularly doting over her young grandson.

Chloe is a dedicated solicitor who takes a compassionate and practical approach in helping clients navigate their legal matters. Often appearing in the Local Court of NSW and the Magistrates Court in the ACT, Chloe is able to assist with a large variety of your criminal matters. You will often see Chloe advocating for her clients in family violence and personal protection proceedings, assault, driving, drug possession charges and more. Chloe is also well versed in Family Law, taking on simple matters including drafting Binding Financial Agreements, Consent Orders, and mediations, or assisting her clients in complex parenting and property litigation. Chloe's particular area of interest is in Estate Planning - she can draft your testamentary documents with compassion and understanding and protecting your interests in contested probate matters.
