Fitzgerald Naylor Lawyers We are a small family run law firm. Matthew Fitzgerald and his wife have been operating this firm for over 20 years.

Matthew can assist you with all your court appearances; criminal law, family law and general litigation. His favourite area is Family Law where his aim is to reach agreement between the parties without the need for expensive court appearances, where ever possible. Matthew's wife, Bernadette, has been operating the conveyancing side of the firm for 20 plus years but is now transitioning into retirement. Unfortunately we will no longer be conducting Conveyancing matters.

To all our lovely clients, please be aware that Matthew and Bernadette have relocated and no longer live locally. Matthew still has an office in Queanbeyan but will not be there full time. Bernie has retired so we will no longer be doing conveyancing. However Matthew will still be doing other legal matters as usual, just remotely. Please contact us on 0411 703 793 for any assistance required. Apologies for any inconveniences caused during this process and we look forward to assisting our clients further in the future.

To all of our valued clients, our office will remain closed due to Covid situation. Although we are working remotely from home and are still contactable on the usual phone number 6299 1028. We are still carrying on with necessary appointments over the phone.

Hopefully all our beautiful clients have survived a very rough year. May 2021 bring us all Peace and Joy.
It is with regret that we wish to advise all our valued clientele that we are giving away Conveyancing to allow Bernie to transition to retirement. Matthew will still be there doing all his good work but will no longer take on conveyancing. Bernie would like to thank all her beautiful clients for their past support and wish everyone well. She will be and out of the office helping out when need be.

Happy New Year to all. Hope everyone has remained safe throughout the troubling events with the fires.
We are back on deck today. Looking forward to providing our services one again to our wonderful clientele in 2020. May things soon start to look up.
Our sincere condolences to any that have lost loved ones and or their homes and possessions. If there is anything we can do to assist those in need, please call out!

Well it’s here again! Christmas comes around so quickly. We are now closed until 6th January 2020.

Please stay safe during the break with so many fires devastating our country. Spare a thought for those amazing firefighters who risk their lives in an effort to save others. May God bless them and keep them safe to return home to their families. They will likely miss out on Christmas while we, who are safe, eat drink and celebrate in the safety of our homes with our loved ones around us. Our hearts go out to the friends and families of the two brave young men who lost their lives earlier this week.

So, please stay safe and dont risk your lives if you’re near the fires.

We will be back on deck on Monday 6 January 2020 to assist all our beautiful clients.

Well we are sitting here watching the Haymate concert. We have given what we can and thinking what more can we do??
