Happy to share that one of our clients got PR that journey is concluded!
Sector: Digitech, Offshore
Profile: No PhD, few publications, Master and bachelor's degree with 10+ years of IT Working experience. I've worked in IT Education mainly focusing on Software Engineering, AI, and Cloud Computing outside Australia, and secured a few international recognitions for the same.
Working with a salary below the threshold, Nomination from a friend who has a reputation in the ICT education sector within Australia.
1st EOI submission: 6 Feb 21 (failed)
2nd EOI submission: 24 Sept 21 (failed)
3rd EOI submission: 18 Apr 22 (Success)
RFI: 27 May 22
Invite to apply: 24 June 22
Visa application: 28 June 22
CNCC/MC: 7 July 22
1st S56: 27 July 22
2nd S56: 28 Sept 22
Visa Granted: 29 Sep 22
I can say never give up. I received two fails and keep moving on to the next attempt.

Candidates should have the ability to attract a salary at or above the Fair Work high income threshold of AUD162,000. This figure is adjusted annually on 1 July.
When assessing this, we will consider:
current salary shown through payslips or a contract
