Our firm currently has an opportunity for an Office Assistant / Office Manager / Paralegal to play a key role in supporting our lawyers. This is a flexible position that can be shaped around the experience and strengths of the successful candidate.

Paul Haynes is a director of Haynes Leeuwin.
Paul emigrated to Perth in 1994 after many years practising in the UK.
He has been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales in 1978 and as a barrister & solicitor in WA in 1995 and of the High Court of Australia in 1996.
Paul has extensive knowledge in the areas of wills and inheritance matters.
He prosecutes and defends actions involving contesting wills and claims on estates, appearing in all courts, including the Supreme Court.
Outside of the office, Paul is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with his 5 granddaughters.

Meet our directors:

Marguerite Lourens is a director of Haynes Leeuwin. She was originally admitted to practice as a lawyer in South Africa in 1995 and following her relocation to Australia, was admitted to practice in Western Australia in 2011.

Marguerite has extensive experience in the areas of probates ( including complex matters), wills and estate planning and estate administration.

Marguerite is fluent in English and Afrikaans.

In her free time, she enjoys walking, travelling and spending time with her twin boys.
