Justice Michael Lee handed down his judgment yesterday finding that on the balance of probabilities, Bruce Lehrmann r***d Brittany Higgins in Senator Reynolds’ office in Parliament House of Australia. The judge said Lehrmann did so knowing that it was without Ms Higgins’ consent.

He also found Higgins’ evidence was “honest and accurate”.
