What a wonderful way to celebrate 45 years of Zaparas Lawyers!

Yesterday morning, Thursday 15 October, the entire Zaparas team came together for our Breakfast of Champions 2026 to celebrate an incredible milestone and reflect on the relationships, hard work and shared values that have shaped our firm over four and a half decades.

We were privileged to hear heartfelt stories and reflections from members of our Partnership Group, honour Peter and Lia Zaparas, who laid our foundations in 1981, and recognise the many people who continue to make Zaparas the special place it is today.

There was so much pride in the room, not only in how far we have come, but in the exciting future ahead and the next generation of lawyers, assistants and staff who will carry our values forward and write the next chapter of the Zaparas story.

Thank you to everyone who made the morning such a memorable and meaningful celebration. Here's to 45 remarkable years, and many more to come!

It was an honour to welcome Senior Venerable Thich Phuoc Tan OAM, Abbot of Quang Minh Temple in Braybrook, to our Sunshine office on Tuesday 6 October.

Our Cranbourne team was proud to support the launch of a new AI lifestyle coaching app from Millionaire Health Habits, a personal health coach designed to give people daily tools, core habits, and sustainable routines to push back against preventable chronic conditions.

Senior Associate and Office Leader Keshani Samarakoon compered the evening, and Associate Monica Nixon and Lawyers Anjuni Dassanayake and Hayley Stubbs spent the night meeting guests at the Zaparas Lawyers table.

Prevention is better than cure, and it was a privilege to spend an evening with people working to close the health gap. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello.
