Jane Garber-Rosenzweig is the founder of Gable Lawyers. Jane has 20 years' experience in all aspects of business law, franchising, leasing and intellectual property, including:
- Advising businesses in all aspects of corporate law, ASIC compliance and corporate governance
- Sales and purchases of businesses
- Advising franchisors in all aspects of franchising
- Drafting franchise agreements, disclosure documents and other related ancillary documents for establishing franchise systems

Almost 10 years ago Gable Lawyers opened its doors. Tomorrow will be its last day of operation with doors closing for good.
