If you pick an agent based on the price they tell you or the commission they charge.. I believe you’re focusing on the wrong thing.

Today we had a property booked in for photos 📸 before any of the above was even discussed. The plan? To sit down afterwards over a cuppa and a sweet treat, set the price together and work out the best strategy moving forward.

To me, this is everything 💛
