On Monday night Andrew Fletcher took part in an informal Q&A session regarding NSW Residential Defects (Class 1a & Class 2) updates for Building Consultant professionals. The conversation involved recent case studies in building defects, the Security of Payment (SOP) process, key updates to the Strata Schemes Management Act and preparation recommendations prior to giving expert evidence. Well done Andrew!
