New anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing laws have been introduced for legal services in Australia.

As a result, when engaging our firm you may notice some changes to our onboarding process, including requests for identity verification, source of funds information and requests for other supporting documentation.

These measures are designed to help protect clients, businesses and the wider community from financial crime.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement these important compliance requirements. If you have any questions about the information we request, our team is happy to assist.
