The Fair Work Commission has handed down the annual wage review today.

Australia's national minimum wage will increase by almost 6%, and modern award wage rates will increase by 4.75% as of 1 July 2026.

The Commission cited inflation and cost of living pressures, while also balancing concerns about economic uncertainty as key factors in its decision.

Let’s hear it for our Player of the Month – Callie! 👏

Recognised for truly living our Own It value, Callie consistently takes initiative, improves how we work, and leads by example. She goes above and beyond, treating the business like her own and always raising the bar for those around her.

Giving back is an important part of who we are, and each Player of the Month gets to donate to a charity of their choice. This month, Callie’s donation goes to Dementia Australia – a wonderful organisation providing support, education, and advocacy for people living with dementia, their families, and carers.
