Technology is moving fast.

But some things still matter.

Trust.
Connection.
Authenticity.

This is one of those conversations Iโ€™d genuinely love your thoughts on.

Reminder: you are not behind. You are building.

The crawl isn't a setback; it's the setup. Every step forward, no matter how small, is still forward. Honor where you are while working toward where you're going.

Tell me, what's one thing you're crawling toward right now?
Drop it below. โฌ‡๏ธ

Getting divorced doesn't mean your finances are sorted. Not even close.

This is one of the most expensive assumptions I see people make during separation.

A divorce is the legal ending of your marriage. That is it. It does not divide your assets, sort out your super, or protect you from future claims.

A property settlement is a completely separate process. And if you skip it, or think a verbal agreement is enough, you could be leaving yourself wide open for years.

"Just because you agreed doesn't mean you're protected."
In this week's episode of The Stacy M Show, I break down exactly what divorce and property settlement actually mean, why de facto couples are not exempt, and the one money mistake that burns through more asset pools than anything else.

It's the stuff nobody explains clearly, until now.

Did you know divorce and property settlement were two different things before today? Tell me in the comments.

So I posted this photo of Ned yesterday to indicate my results, and didnโ€™t quite go to plan. You know, trying to put that light humor into to like I have on this journey. I didnโ€™t realise though that not many people knew what NED meant.

As you know yesterday was my three monthly check and results from my recent scans.

PET and MRI have come back clear and they cannot see any trace of cancer.

This is obviously great news and I know I should be excited but I donโ€™t really have any emotion with it yet.

In time I know Iโ€™ll process this new chapter in my story.

Thank you to everybody who has helped and supported me so far. Itโ€™s revealed who my true connections are.

For now, Iโ€™ll continue to process and Iโ€™m sure at some point celebrate this significant milestone ๐Ÿฉต

3K downloads. I still can't believe it.

But what gets me most is the episodes you kept coming back to. Survival. Control. Cancer. Breaking free.

That's not just numbers. That's you telling me what you needed. And I hear you. ๐Ÿฉต

This isn't just a podcast anymore. This is our community.

Most people think the answer is the perfect comeback.
Itโ€™s not.

When you are dealing with narcissistic behaviour, the goal is rarely resolution.
It is control. Reaction. Power.

And the more you explain, defend, or try to prove your pointโ€ฆ
the more drained and confused you feel.

Hereโ€™s what actually works:

๐Ÿฉต Short responses
๐Ÿฉต No over-explaining
๐Ÿฉต No emotional reaction
๐Ÿฉต Clear, simple boundaries

Not because you donโ€™t care.
But because protecting your energy matters more than โ€œwinningโ€ the conversation.

The truth?
If you do not understand the patterns, you will keep personalising the behaviour.
You will keep thinking it is your fault.
You will keep trying harder.

And that is exactly what keeps people stuck.

That is why I created The Narcissist Playbook.

It walks you through:
โ€ข The common manipulation tactics
โ€ข What is really happening psychologically
โ€ข How to respond without escalating
โ€ข How to protect your emotional wellbeing

Knowledge changes everything.
Clarity gives you power back.

If you are tired of second guessing yourself, grab The Narcissist Playbook.

You've been functioning just fine on the outside. But inside? Forty-seven tabs open and none of them are closing.

Here's something I don't think we talk about enough.
A lot of what we're calling anxiety might actually be an overwhelmed nervous system. And that one distinction changes everything about how you deal with it.

Because you can't think your way out of a body that believes it's under constant threat.
I've been there. Replying "all good" to everyone while internally buffering like a frozen Netflix screen.

In this episode I break down 7 real, practical things you can do when your brain feels like it's hosting a rave at 2am. No fluff. No "just relax" advice. Just honest, straight-up tools that actually work.

And this one line stopped me when I said it out loud:
"Courage is often just anxiety wearing work boots."

Save this. Share it with someone who needs it today.

When someone asks how you're doing, are you actually telling the truth? Or are you an "all good" person too?

I used to avoid hospitals like they were haunted houses with fluorescent lighting.

Now, somehow, these hallways have become part of my life for the past six months.

The waiting game.
The healing game.
The mental game.

The constant scan of your body for every ache, every pain, every โ€˜is this normal?โ€™

The balancing act between staying strong and being completely exhausted.

Trying to keep businesses running, keep showing up for people, keep being youโ€ฆ while quietly fighting battles most people never see.

And yet, somewhere between the blood tests, scans, appointments, steroids, immunotherapy and endless waiting roomsโ€ฆ you change.

Not always in a motivational quote kind of way either.

Sometimes you just become softer. Clearer. More grateful for ordinary days. More aware of what actually matters.

This season has challenged me in ways I never expected.
But itโ€™s also reminded me that resilience isnโ€™t always loud.
Sometimes it looks like showing up to another appointment when youโ€™re tired of being brave.

One foot in front of the other. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿฉต
