Legal Receptionist/Assistant Bookkeeper

NR Barbi Solicitor is seeking an experienced and motivated legal receptionist with bookkeeping skills for our busy firm located in New Farm.

This role requires the candidate to have very high communication skills. Ideally you will be efficient and have remarkable attention to detail. The workplace is fast paced at times and you will need to possess excellent organisational skills and be able to multi-task. Reliability is essential in our workplace.

You will be required to undertake some basic accounting duties and a minimum 6 months experience is preferred for this aspect of the role.

This is a full time role and salary is negotiable based on experience.

This is the charity that one of our Directors, Natalie Strijland, supports and volunteers her time to. Natalie is passionate about the amazing work they do each day. It's called Suited to Success and they help dress unemployed men and women in Fortitude Valley. Each year they need to raise nearly $500k to continue to offer their services to the community. You can really help by simply attending their annual event at City Hall called Bubbles & Beauties.

The small entry fee of $30 or $85 for VIP will dress at least one woman or man. They need as many to attend as possible so please book your ticket now and bring as many friends & colleagues or even clients as possible.
