You will gain first-hand experience in areas such as:
• Preparing important court documents and witness statements
• Interacting with clients and helping clients solve real-life situations
• Collaborating with barristers

• Conducting legal research
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ post admission experience

Najiba Rahimi, Our New Lawyer…
We proudly welcome our new lawyer to our team.
Najiba Rahimi undertook her legal training with us and has also been working as a paralegal at Plaiche & Martin Lawyers for almost two years whilst she has been completing her training to become a lawyer.
On 13 November 2024 Najiba Rahimi was admitted as an Australian Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Najiba has now joined the expanding team at Plaiche & Martin Lawyers. Along with Joanna Yong, Anita Varman and supported by a team of paralegals, Najiba is managing a multi-million dollar property development project.
Najiba is also a keen litigator and defence lawyer. She made her first appearance in the Magistrates Court of Victoria at the Dandenong Registry last Friday 6 December 2024 and she will appear again on Monday 9 December 2024 in a police matter.
