FROM THE NORTHERN BEACHES TO A NATIONAL REACH...
I’ve never been prolific on here, but even by my own standards, I’ve been a bit quiet lately — not because there’s nothing going on, but because A LOT has been going on.
When I launched Anthony James a couple of years ago, the goal was simple: help time-poor professionals and young families buy the right home on the Northern Beaches.
And we’re still doing exactly that — but over the past 6 months, a couple of things have happened...
First, we’ve partnered with Andrew Cull and the team from Sound Property® to offer borderless investment services. With 12+ years under their belt, their data-driven, no-fad, no-fuss approach lined up perfectly with how we’ve always worked with our clients on the owner-occupier side.
Together, we now help investors buy low-risk, high-performing properties in capital cities and strong regional markets across NSW, QLD, VIC and SA.
The second shift - with more systems and more people power, we’ve expanded the owner occupier service beyond the Northern Beaches. I’m now helping homebuyers across Sydney, with more cities to come (looking at you Brisbane and Melbourne)...
In time we’ll grow the team carefully and deliberately to support more clients who want a smarter, more strategic way to buy.
So it’s been a big six months or so — expanding our footprint, growing our offering, whilst staying laser focused on delivering smart, low-risk property outcomes for our clients.
Whether it’s a family home or an investment, the mission stays the same: buy well, with confidence.
Oh, and I became a dad. Nothing like expanding a business on two hours’ sleep. What a time to be alive!
