"If your ex refuses to sign the divorce papers, you can't get divorced."

❌ False.

This is one of the most common misconceptions about divorce.

In NSW, a Divorce Application can often proceed even if your former spouse refuses to sign or participate, provided the legal requirements are met, including proper service of the application and eligibility under the law.

💙 JEANS FOR GENES 2026 👖

On Friday, 7 August, we pulled on our best denim and came together to support Jeans for Genes and help raise funds for vital medical research. 💙

We set ourselves a fundraising goal of $350… and absolutely smashed it out of the park! 🎉

Together, we raised a massive $720.00 — more than DOUBLE our original goal! 🙌💙

A huge thank you to Muswellbrook Woolworths for our delicious wrap platter and Munchies Cafe for the sweet treats that made our fundraiser lunch extra special. 🥪🧁

We’re so proud of what our team achieved and grateful to everyone who helped us make a difference. 💙

✅The cooling-off period gives buyers an opportunity to reconsider their decision after signing a contract for the purchase of residential property. During this time, you can withdraw from the contract if you change your mind, although a financial penalty may apply.
