Your Way Services is looking for a reliable, capable and motivated person to join our growing team.
We’re looking for someone for approximately **20 hours per week**, with the potential for increased hours over summer and as the business continues to grow.
The role involves a variety of outdoor work including:
• Lawn mowing and edging
• Garden maintenance
• Hedging and pruning
• Landscaping and property improvement work
• Operating mowing, gardening and landscaping equipment
• Working both independently and alongside our team
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has a current driver’s licence
✅ Is reliable and takes pride in their work
✅ Is comfortable working outdoors
✅ Can confidently operate lawn mowing and landscaping equipment
✅ Is capable of working independently without constant supervision
✅ Works well as part of a team
✅ Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
Previous experience in lawn care, gardening, landscaping or similar outdoor work would be a big advantage.
Most importantly, we’re looking for the **right person to become part of our team and culture** — someone who wants more than just a few hours of work and would like the opportunity to grow with our company over time.
📍 Work across the Tw**d / Northern NSW area.
