Oikos is the Greek word for “household”, “home” or “family”, but its original meaning extended beyond just one’s immediate family. It was a more encompassing meaning that also included extended family, friends, neighbours, coworkers, and those in regular contact with the household. They became a part of the household or family.

That’s why we’ve now changed our name to better capture the essence of who we are - a firm that provides holistic advice, care, and support to our clients, treating them as if they were part of our own family.
