π 2025β26 State & Territory Nomination Allocations Released
The new migration program allocations for Subclass 190 (Skilled Nominated) and 491 (Skilled Work Regional) visas have just been published and there are some big shifts for the upcoming program year.
Hereβs a quick breakdown of how many places each state and territory has received:
Skilled Nominated (Subclass 190)

β’ QLD β 1,850
β’ SA β 1,350
β’ TAS β 1,200
β’ VIC β 2,700
β’ WA β 2,000
π Total 190 places: 12,850
Skilled Work Regional (Subclass 491)
β’ ACT β 800
β’ NSW β 1,500
β’ NT β 800
β’ QLD β 750
β’ SA β 900
β’ TAS β 650
β’ VIC β 700
β’ WA β 1,400
π Total 491 places: 7,500
Total program allocations: 20,350 places
