The new migration program allocations for Subclass 190 (Skilled Nominated) and 491 (Skilled Work Regional) visas have just been published and there are some big shifts for the upcoming program year.
Hereโs a quick breakdown of how many places each state and territory has received:
Skilled Nominated (Subclass 190)

โข QLD โ 1,850
โข SA โ 1,350
โข TAS โ 1,200
โข VIC โ 2,700
โข WA โ 2,000

Skilled Work Regional (Subclass 491)

โข NSW โ 1,500
โข NT โ 800
โข QLD โ 750
โข SA โ 900
โข TAS โ 650
โข VIC โ 700
โข WA โ 1,400
๐ Total 491 places: 7,500
