Government admits 'error' as tourists detained for 110 hours for travelling without their spouses

Three tourists from India spent five days in a detention centre in Perth after the Australian Border Force (ABF) cancelled their visas for not travelling with their 'stated travel companions'. Appeal approved without a hearing

We are excited to inform that an appeal for approval of the
nomination of a position in Australia under reg 5.19 of the Migration Regulations 1994 (Cth) (the Regulations) has now been approved.

The appeal was for our client, as business in regional victoria who had nominated their employee for the position of a 'Retail Manager'. This application was lodged in the year 2017 under subclass 187 categotry.

This is a wonderful news especially for the owners who have been unsuccesspful with their applications. There is a huge demand for and it is welcoming for and the to be more adaptive to the current needs and decide applications quickly.
