We had a matter in which the client’s previous representative failed to submit a series of prescribed documents to substantiate the claims, which resulted in refusal.
We then helped our client's appeal by devising a strategy, developing solid arguments, obtaining sufficiently credible evidence, preparing written submissions, and ending up getting the decision in the applicant's favour. As a result of this, the applicant has become a permanent resident.

👉Must be working in a nominated occupation that is listed on the department of home affairs occupation list
👉Must be employed in a full-time role.
👉Employment contract must be for a minimum of 12 months
👉The Company must be in Regional Victoria and must be operating for at least 2 years
