Some of IP Australia's fees are changing. See more below from Art & Commerce

This week, IP Australia announced changes to its fees that take effect from 1 October 2024. The fees are reviewed every 4 years.

The changes relate to:
· Trade mark application and hearing costs
· Design application and amendment fees
· Patent fees
· Plant breeder’s rights fees
· Trans-Tasman IP Attorney fees

Additionally, IP Australia announced new procedural changes for patent applications with more than 20 claims.
