Not only are we celebrating International Women’s Day, but we’re also celebrating the birthday of our fearless leader, Kelly 🥳
International Women’s Day is more than a date in the calendar for us. In legal recruitment, we work alongside brilliant, driven, resilient women every single day - lawyers, legal assistants, partners, graduates, in-house counsel - women building careers, leading teams, backing themselves and reshaping what leadership looks like in our industry.
And at the centre of our own team is Kelly!
Kelly leads with integrity, warmth and an unwavering belief in people. She champions women in law not just in words, but in action; advocating for pay rises, flexible work, second chances and bold career moves.
