Ms. Tracey Oliver of Destination New You commences defamation action against Ms. Michele Jamieson of Absolute Beauty Asia.
M Joseph & Associates – Melbourne Defamation Lawyers “Matt Awad” commences defamation action in the Victorian County Court on behalf of Ms. Tracey Oliver. The filed statement of claims alleges that Ms. Michele Jamieson of Absolute Beauty Asia has made several defamatory publications in relation to Ms. Oliver. We assert that Absolute Beauty Asia’s publications in relation to our client are false and hold no factual bases and therefore our client is entitled to damages and costs.
The defendant Ms. Michele Jamieson is yet to file a defence to our client’s claim.
