Another successful outcome before the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART).

The Tribunal decided to:

✅ Set aside the original decision not to approve the nomination
✅ Remit the matter to the Department of Home Affairs for reconsideration
✅ Refund AUD $1,748 of the ART application fee

Importantly, this outcome was achieved without a hearing.
