We had the pleasure of attending the South East Melbourne Phoenix Major Luncheon, presented by Nueva, and had the opportunity to hear from Josh King, Geoff Harris AM and Romie Chaudhari.
What stood out wasn’t just the discussion on leadership or performance. It was how often the conversation returned to people.
The conversations around the room reflected the same thing. Business owners, professionals, investors and leaders from different industries all sharing ideas, experiences and lessons learned along the way.
In our experience, growth rarely happens in isolation.
It happens through relationships. Through learning from people who have walked a different path. Through being part of communities that challenge your thinking and expand your perspective.
