💸 Australian visa fees just went up — again — from 1 July 2026.
If you or someone you love is planning to apply, you need to see these numbers.
➡️ Partner visa: $9,365 → $11,710
➡️ Skills in Demand (482): $3,210 → $4,015
➡️ Employer Nomination (186): $4,910 → $6,140
➡️ Student visa: $2,000 → $2,500
➡️ Temporary Graduate (485): $4,600 → $5,750 (this one has doubled twice this year)
➡️ Resident Return visa: $490 → $1,475 (a 201% jump)
➡️ Bridging Visa B: $190 → $575 (a 202% jump)
Australia already had some of the highest visa fees in the world — and now families, workers and students are paying even more for the same visa, from the same Department, with the same processing times.
If you've been putting your application off, please don't wait any longer. Getting it right the first time matters more than ever — because a knocked-back application now costs more to fix than it ever has.
