My journey into immigration began while working as a university lecturer. I often saw my students struggling with their future after graduation, or choosing the wrong course in hopes of securing PR. This inspired me to st

udy immigration law so I could guide them properly. Today, as an immigration lawyer, I also see many clients facing challenges in finding the right job. That is why I created this Job Bank Group ' a space designed to connect people with opportunities that match their skills and needs.

🚨 Australian Border Force has launched a nationwide crackdown on misuse of the 407 Training Visa program.

🔍 Authorities have already carried out more than 100 workplace inspections, with many more planned across Australia.

⚠️ Investigations found some employers allegedly using fake training arrangements and placing trainees in jobs unrelated to their approved training programs.

📌 The 407 visa is designed for structured workplace training and professional development — not regular ongoing employment.

❌ Early findings also revealed cases where sponsors lacked genuine training plans and failed to meet their visa obligations.

⚖️ Australian authorities warned that businesses breaking the rules may face strong compliance and enforcement action.

🤝 Australia has also reminded employers that all workers must receive fair treatment, regardless of their visa status.

Australia’s 2026–27 Federal Budget has introduced major migration updates 🇦🇺
The government is keeping the permanent migration program at 185,000 places, but giving much higher priority to people already living in Australia.
At the same time, Australia plans to:
• Reduce overall migration numbers
• Change the skilled migration points test
• Focus more on younger & highly skilled applicants
• Speed up skills recognition for trade workers like electricians and plumbers
The message is clear: Australia still wants migrants — but the focus is now on skilled people who can quickly join the workforce and support the economy.

🚨 407 VISA RULES CHANGED (FROM 11 MARCH 2026) 🚨

If you’re planning to apply for the Subclass 407 Training Visa, this change is CRITICAL 👇

❌ Before:
You could lodge nomination + visa application together

✅ Now (from 11 March 2026):
You MUST have the nomination approved FIRST before lodging your visa

⛔ If you apply without nomination approval → your application may be INVALID

⏳ What this means for you:
• Longer processing timelines
• Higher risk if not planned properly
• You need to start EARLY

⚠️ KEY ADVICE:
Plan your 407 visa at least 8 MONTHS before your current visa expires

💡 Alternative pathways to consider:

🔹 482 Skills in Demand Visa
– For applicants with experience + employer sponsorship

🔹 Student Visa (500)
– Stay lawful while building your profile

🔹 Partner Visa
– If you have an eligible partner who is an Australian citizen or PR

🚫 IRAN TRAVEL BAN – AUSTRALIA (Subclass 600)

If you’re an Iranian passport holder outside Australia with a Visitor Visa:

❌ You CANNOT enter Australia right now
✔ Your visa is still valid
⚠️ This is a temporary entry ban (6 months)

👉 This is NOT a refusal — it’s a travel restriction

Most people don’t know this yet.
