It is important to have a contract reviewed before you sign it to ensure you are aware of the terms of that contract.

We review most types of contracts, but mainly property contracts and vendor statements.

We will provide you with written feedback on the documents and often list suggested changes to make to the documents.

A contract of sale is a legally binding agreement so it is important you understand it before signing it.

If you have found a property that you are interested in buying, request a copy of the contract of sale and vendor statement from the real estate agent and forward it to our office for review.

At Belvedere Lawyers we pride ourselves on efficient contract reviews and in most cases, will have the documents reviewed and returned to you on the same day, or within 24 hours of being provided the documents.
