We're proud to be featured in The Age following the release of groundbreaking research based on more than 11,000 rental property audits.

The study, analysed by La Trobe University, revealed that only 54% of Victorian rental properties meet the state's minimum rental standards, highlighting the ongoing need for proactive compliance and safer rental housing.

With the new advertising rules now in effect for rentals, you must be able to reasonably believe the property meets the minimum standards before it’s advertised. Auditing your rentals early helps you verify compliance, avoid delays and keep your leasing process running smoothly.
