During the school holidays Elit Lawyers welcomed Lara, a Year 10 student for 3 days work experience - all the way from Queensland.

Like most work experience students Lara showed a proactive approach to being involved, went to client and barrister meetings with Rob and Danielle, sat in on strategy meetings and learned first hand about the law office environment.

Congratulations Kieran on your Graduation!

Over the past six years, Kieran has shown dedication and commitment in completing his Diploma in Communications and Media Studies, followed by his Bachelor of Laws/Arts.

During this time, he has also gained valuable practical experience working as a paralegal with Elit Lawyers for the past 18 months.

We’re excited to see Kieran take the next step in his journey as he commences his Practical Legal Training while continuing with us as a Law Graduate.

We asked Kieran what he thought of this milestone:

“It's the end of a 6 year journey in a way.

I can now get started on my postgraduate PLT studies and my role as a law graduate at Elit. It is exciting to take this first step in my legal career.”

Danielle has been named an Insurance Partner of the Year at the Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year Awards 2026.

This follows her recent recognition in the 2027 edition of the prestigious Best Lawyers in Australia for her work in Defamation and Media Law, and Insurance Law.
