Here's a simple way to think about the four options:

🏠 A — HOUSE & LOT

Consider this if your priority is having a home you and your family can actually use relatively soon.

Ask yourself: ✔️ Is the location convenient for my family?
✔️ Can I comfortably sustain the payments?
✔️ Is the property size suitable for my needs?

📍 B — RESIDENTIAL LOT

Consider this if you want flexibility and don't need to build immediately.

Ask yourself: ✔️ Is the area developing?
✔️ Is the property accessible?
✔️ Are the title and documents in order?
✔️ Can I realistically build there later?

🏢 C — CONDOMINIUM

Consider this if location and convenience are priorities, particularly in urban areas.

Ask yourself: ✔️ Who is the developer?
✔️ What are the association dues?
✔️ Is the location attractive to residents or renters?
✔️ What other ownership costs should I expect?
