In Loving Memory of Chris John Liberiou
30 October 1963 – 18 August 2026
It is with profound sadness that I share the passing of my only sibling, my older brother, Chris John Liberiou, who passed away on Tuesday, 18 August 2026, aged 62.
For my entire life, Chris has simply always been there.
More than sixty years of being brothers, brings with it a lifetime of memories.
Growing up together, family occasions, conversations, laughter, disagreements, shared experiences and all those ordinary moments that, looking back, were anything but ordinary.
It is difficult to comprehend that Chris is no longer here.
Losing a loved one, also reminds you just how precious time is.
We so often assume there will be another conversation, another family gathering, another opportunity to say the things we mean to say.
Chris was and will always be a beloved son, uncle and friend.
He was my older brother and will always be part of my story and the story of our family.
This Friday, our family will come together to farewell Chris, to remember his life and to reflect on the many memories he leaves behind.

Rest peacefully, Chris.
You will be loved, remembered and deeply missed.
