Conveyancing is changing, yet again..... Anti-money laundering "ATM"/ Counter-terrorism financing laws "CTF" are now being introduced. From 1st July all lawyers in Australia who provide services regulated under AML/CTF laws are subject to these obligations. This will become a standard process that we will follow for all clients BEFORE we can proceed, and of course you can rest assured that all information that is provided is handled confidentially and in line with our professional obligations.
