I have recently made a decision to merge my legal practice with an established firm in the Sutherland Shire. Over the next few weeks I will be contacting my clients to let them know of these new arrangements. I will continue to work with clients and their families to assist them to plan for the future and guide them through the challenges of caring for vulnerable family members, as well as advising on Probate matters and estate disputes. All this on a part-time basis while I look after my own busy family and their special needs. ~Jayne~

Elderly people are often vulnerable to financial abuse. A new "friend" moves in, needs financial help for fictional family problems and disappears in a rage when the well dries up. Its worth reporting to the Police and contacting a lawyer or the Elder Abuse Prevention Unit for advice. http://eapu.com.au/
