Olamide Kowalik

Olamide Kowalik Revolution Law - Lawyer acting on Personal Injury matters.

I am a committed and socially minded solicitor who has been practicing law for over 13 years in various areas of Personal Injuries Law which include motor vehicle, workcover, public liability and medical negligence claims. I am devoted to delivering the best outcome for my clients and appreciate the position of trust my client’s place on me. Personally, as mother and socially minded individual, I

am passionate about the rights of children to have their basic needs met, access to education and instilling in each child a sense of worth. I am also passionate about helping those less advantaged by seeking to recover what is theirs and helping to restore their dignity. I volunteer regularly for a number of not for profit charities and have recently been appointed to the board of The Triumph Alliance which is not for profit organisation that empowers disadvantage youths with skills and tools for a better life. I am a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, Queensland Law Society, Women’s Lawyers Association of Queensland, Medico-Legal Society of Queensland, Brave Ladies Queensland and have consulted previously for the Nigerian Association Queensland. I have been blessed to have been recognised by Doyle’s as a leading Medical Negligence lawyer in Qld for 2015 and 2017.

Thank you to Antony Kamau and Kenyans in Queensland (KIQ) for inviting me to be a panellist at their 3rd Annual Students, Graduates and Professionals Summit 2025.
This year’s theme was on resilience and I was able to encourage and be encouraged by others by sharing our journey so far. We all have the ability to impact others through our life experiences be it high or low. Well done to the KIQ theme on this excellent initiative.

For the first time the Australian Lawyers Alliance held the yearly Medical Law Conference in Brisbane. It was an absolute success, the program this year was exceptional. Always grateful to network and socialise with colleagues at this conference. Full circle attending this year’s conference with previous co- workers Joanne Baker and Sally Asoyo.

Have you ever wondered what a day in the life of a lawyer looks like?

My mornings start with a matcha latte—a little green boost before diving into the day. I take a moment for meditation to set the right mindset, then it’s all go.

From back-to-back client meetings to preparing cases, some days take me to court, while others lead to speaking at events or recording podcast episodes.

Every day is different, but the mission is always the same: fighting for justice and empowering my clients.
