Responsibilities

Running complex management rights transactions, with the assistance and support from our senior management rights paralegal (ie purchases, sales, variations, exercise of options etc)

Minimum Requirements
• Have PAE 3+ yrs
• Experience in Property Law including Conveyancing
• Experience in Commercial Transactions
• NSW or Qld experience
• High level client and time management skills

• Good rapport with clients and colleagues

Ideal candidate
• Experience in management rights, motels and leasing
• Experience in both NSW and Qld
