Our MW Directors, Hildah Nyemba and Joseph Nyemba recently travelled to Hanoi, Vietnam, to meet with Mr Hung Tien Hoang, Director, and Mrs Thao Thi Nguyen, President, of Hong Ha Human Resource Joint Stock Company (Hong Ha HR).

The visit marks another exciting step towards strengthening international partnerships, expanding our global network, and diversifying our talent pool to better meet the evolving workforce needs of Australian businesses.

🎓 Graduate of Agriculture or a relevant agricultural qualification
🐖 3–5 years of relevant piggery experience
👨‍🌾 Previous experience in a senior, supervisory, or team-leading piggery role
✅ Experience overseeing day-to-day piggery operations and livestock management
✅ Knowledge of pig husbandry, feeding, breeding, animal welfare and farm practices
✅ Ability to supervise staff and coordinate daily farm activities

FEEDMILL OPERATOR – PIGGERY
🌾 3–5 years of relevant feedmill experience, preferably in a livestock or piggery environment
✅ Experience operating and monitoring feedmill machinery and equipment
✅ Knowledge of feed production, mixing and handling
✅ Strong understanding of workplace safety and operational procedures
