Before moving to Australia, Johannes studied law at the University of Vienna, has completed the Austrian bar exam and has worked as an associate at a corporate law firm in Vienna. Having migrated to Australia himself, he knows from his own experience what migrating to another country can be like and understands the potential stress involved with relocating. Johannes speaks English, German and Portuguese. With his legal background and being a migrant himself, he is perfectly placed to assist with all aspects of the process and knows how to get results.

Program Status Update

BSMQ is undertaking consultation within the Queensland Government to determine the requirements for the migration program for 2021-22.

It is anticipated the program will open in September 2021.

South Australia opens Skilled Migration Program on 20 July 2021 - Specific trade and health occupations are available to offshore applicants

South Australia's skilled migration program will focus on the following:

Talent and Innovators Program
Providing opportunities and pathways for those who can contribute to South Australia’s priority growth industry sectors.

Currently working in South Australia (including long-term residents in SA)
If you are living and working in outer regional South Australia, or a long-term resident living and working in SA, you may be eligible for concessions to the skilled work experience requirements.

International Graduate of South Australia
SA graduates must be currently working in their nominated or closely related occupation for the last 3 months in South Australia (post-course completion), unless specified differently for your occupation.

Offshore Registration of Interest - Critical Skills
Specific trade and health occupations are now available to offshore applicants. You can submit a Registration of Interest application if you meet the published requirements for your occupation.

A provisional visa for those with business skills who want to establish, develop, and manage a new or existing innovative business in Victoria.
Stay: Up to 5 years

Stay longer: 3 years after you have this visa, you can apply for permanent residence.
