Introducing Samantha Russell

Samantha is our Senior Family Law Solicitor and has been a dedicated member of the Cater & Blumer team since 2013.

With a special interest in Collaborative Family Law, Samantha is passionate about helping families resolve matters without going to court. By working alongside clients, solicitors, and other professionals, she helps parties reach practical agreements that are in the interest of her clients, whilst allowing them to move into their future without the worry of ongoing litigation.

Samantha is also a qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, bringing additional expertise to guiding clients through disputes and helping them achieve positive outcomes without litigation wherever possible. Outside the office, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, caravanning, and pursuing her passion for photography.

Romaine is a highly experienced member of our team who has been a familiar face at Cater & Blumer for more than 30 years.

Over her many years with the firm, Romaine has worked across various areas of law, gaining extensive experience in both Criminal Law and Family Law.

Today, she is a Senior Law Clerk, providing vital administrative support to our busy Family Law Team. From assisting with new enquiries to managing ongoing client matters, Romaine plays an essential role in ensuring our clients receive prompt and professional support every day. With more than three decades of dedication and experience, Romaine's knowledge, commitment, and friendly approach make her an invaluable part of our firm.

Outside the office, Romaine enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and loves supporting her daughters from the sidelines as they play soccer.
