Sanford Settlements has settled over 16,000 properties in its 4 decades of operating in Geraldton. Sanford Settlements was recently acquired by Kathryn Price, who commenced her career with Warren Kalajzich in 2003. Bruce and Dawn Kenny purchased Sanford Settlements from Warren Kalajzich in 2010 after Bruce had worked in the business for many years. Bruce and Dawn have since built up the business with a passionate team of conveyancing professionals and trainees operating from their refurbished building next to Woolworths.

So… what exactly are we doing in the meantime?

Quite a lot, actually.

Behind the scenes, your settlement agent is working through the paperwork, checking the details, liaising with everyone involved and making sure everything is ready for settlement day.

From your end, a smooth settlement can sometimes look like “nothing much is happening”.

And honestly? That’s kind of the point 😉
