Join us for our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) where you can apply for an Executive position on the committee!
When: Thursday October 24th 7pm
Where: Zoom
The Executive team consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Executive positions are elected in the AGM.
The 2025 Committee may also consist of Directors, Officer and Representative positions, as decided by the 2025 Executive team. These positions will be voted upon/elected by the 2025 Executive in due course, at the Executive’s discretion.
How to Apply:
Nominations for all 2025 Executive positions must be completed as follows:
* To nominate yourself for a 2025 position, you must be a current, fully-paid TMLSM Member 

* Nominees must complete the attached form in the link provided, signed by the nominee and a seconder 

* The seconder must be a current, fully-paid TMLSM Member 

* The completed form must be sent to the TMLSM secretary at 
[email protected] no later than 7pm Friday 17 October (i.e. 7 days before the AGM).
At the Election, those running for Executive positions will be given 2 minutes to speak and 3 minutes for questions. Director and Officer positions will not be elected at this time.
We can’t wait to welcome new and existing members onto the TMLSM 2025 committee. 💙
