A massive victory at Fairfield Local Court today. My client was charged with 3 serious domestic violence charges. He pleaded Not Guilty. It was strongly contested by the prosecution. I appeared at the hearing this morning without a barrister and was successful in having all 3 charges and the associated AVO dismissed by the Judge! To achieve this great result required significant time in preparation in the office and the support of my team at John Fasha Solicitors.

Another day advocating in the Supreme Court of NSW.

Today I appeared in the Supreme Court of New South Wales on behalf of my clients in a commercial dispute involving a contested security for costs application.

As a litigation solicitor, every matter presents its own legal and strategic challenges. Careful preparation, attention to detail and effective advocacy remain essential at every stage of proceedings.

These photos were taken outside my branch Sydney CBD office at Level 13, St. James Centre, 111 Elizabeth Street, Sydney—just a short walk from the Supreme Court. Having an office in the heart of Sydney’s legal precinct allows me to represent clients efficiently in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Federal Court and other jurisdictions.

If you need representation in a Court dispute, feel free to contact John Fasha Solicitors.
