One of the greatest relationship skills is not how we navigate building something together.

It's how we navigate conflict, break-ups, and separation.

The ability to move through conflict and endings with awareness, accountability, compassion, boundaries, and self-responsibility is rarely taught.

Yet for many people, it is one of the most important relationship skills they will ever learn.

Breaking the Cycles of Conflict in Separation is designed to help build the bridge between how you intend to show up and how you actually show up when life gets hard.

Because whilst we cannot control others, and we cannot always control an ending, we can often have a significant influence on the trajectory things take.

So here's the thing, even family lawyers want you to try work out your post separation agreements yourself as far as possible and where it is safe to do so.

Amicable self-determined outcomes are always ideal.

Such approaches are comminky referred to as "Kitchen Table Conversations".

Now it does not literally have to happen at a kitchen table, often it is over a cup of coffee in a nuetral cafe.

I can understand many feel unsure about this and they do not have the confidence or capqcity to have a constructive conversation with their estranged spouse.

Yet I have also seen people bite the bullet and try after working with me for short periods... and then completely resolve the issues between them despite having believed prior to that, that they had to file court proceedings.

Often it just takes the right support to give you clarity, confidence and the right approach.

If you would like support to navigate yout post separation discussions, I can help.

And a good start may be to jump in and register for Breaking the Cycles of Conflict in Separation.

Starting 10 June
